Last I wrote, I had lost a couple more pounds.  Well that didn’t last too long and I gained it all back.  I know that I carry my pain, greif, frustration and a lot more negative feelings all in my stomache.  I know that’s where my weight is coming from.  I work really hard to clear out my negative feelings about myself, and my past, but obviously it’s not enough.  So what I’m going to try is a free telesiminar that I found out about on twitter.  It’s going to happen on Monday, Oct. 6th.  YOu can sign up for it on Thin Thought. I will let you know how that goes for me!
